Public Invitation | RFI – Transformation of the Financial Controlling Function
BH Telecom invites all interested companies, consulting firms, consortia, and teams of experts to submit information and proposals regarding the potential transformation of its financial controlling function.
The purpose of this RFI process is to collect relevant information about potential participants, their professional capacities, competencies, methodologies, and experience in developing and transforming financial controlling and business performance management functions, with particular emphasis on applying modern international and local practices within the telecommunications industry.
BH Telecom is particularly interested in approaches covering financial planning and forecasting, management reporting and business analytics, profitability, revenue, cost, and investment management, controlling adapted to the specific requirements of telecommunications operators, development of the organizational model for the controlling function, digitalization, integration of financial and operational data, application of advanced analytics and artificial intelligence, as well as change management and competency development.
The information received will serve as a basis for BH Telecom’s internal assessment of the market, available consulting capacities, and potential directions for the further development of its financial controlling function.

This RFI is conducted exclusively for market research purposes and does not create any obligation on the part of BH Telecom to initiate a procurement procedure or enter into a contract.
