- New users of our Extra postpaid and combined packages have to log in / register on our web shop first, to choose preferred package and to follow next steps.
- Monthly fee will be activated from the moment of the new user’s confirmation of the contract signature, regardless of the eSIM Card installation time on his device.

After purchasing the eSIM Card, you will receive the QR Code (voucher) on your email address. Your new eSIM Card is installed through the QR Code scanning on your device. You will receive the eSIM Card with relevant tariff package on your device after you confirm that you agree for your profile data to be downloaded on your device. During your profile installation or deletion, you should have a WiFi network connection.
