It is not requested within prequalification phase. The Tenderers are obliged to submit the one within phase II as it is going to be mentioned within the Invitation regarding tenders submitting i.e. corresponding Tender Documentation.

IV. 4. THE CONDITIONS REGARDING TENDER DOCUMENTATION OBTAINING (Article 18 PPL):
Tender Documentation could be obtained every working day from 8:00 – 16:00 o'clock within the premises of BH Telecom d.d. Sarajevo, Protokol, Obala Kulina bana 8, together with obligatory certified written request regarding the Tender Documentation taking over no: 13410/10 having right address and contact telephone of the candidate and submitting the one onto fax 033 224 536 and payment proof presentation having VAT identification number indication of native candidate. If the candidate wants the Tender Documentation to be sent via express mail onto his address it must be noticed within the request for taking over of the one, so it would be sent to him on his own cost. The Contracting Authority neither bearing responsibility for the late delivery nor Tender Documentation not arriving. Money compensation regarding Tender Documentation taking over is to amount 45,00 KM for domestic and 23 EUR for foreign candidates.

Without mentioned written request Tender Documentation could not be taken over.
It is to be considered that the candidate performed payment and Tender Documentation taking over, while the one has been available to the one. Regarding Tender Documentation redemption costs BH Telecom d.d. Sarajevo is to issue the invoice to the candidate.
IV.5. REQUESTS REGARDING TENDER LANGUAGE,
- Requests for prequalification are to be submitted in one of the official languages in B&H.

Section V: ADDITIONAL INFORMAtion
The candidate is obliged to submit all requested documents, all the documents shouls be united and indicated with the sequence numbers, and each Tender page should be numbered.
The prequalification request which within its content does not have all requested elements-documents in a way as it was requested, will be refused as incomplete and is not to be taken into consideration.
Sealed prequalification request having indicated candidate full address is to be delivered via mail or in person onto the address: BH Telecom d.d., Sarajevo, Protokol, Obala Kulina bana 8, 71000 Sarajevo having indication:
„Participation request no: 13410-2/10 A.L. ''Hardware and Software procurement regarding network elements and servers monitoring'' - prequalification phase – DO NOT OPEN''
The prequalification request being submitted upon the date and the hour indicated within Point IV.6 and the Participation request which was not submitted via Protokol BH Telecom, is not to be taken into consideration and will be returned onto the candidate address unopened. The Ordering Party is not to bear any costs within the Contract assignment procedure. All additional information could be obtained upon the written request onto fax: 033 224 536. If the candidate is not to submit all requested relevant documentation his request regarding prequalification is to be refused.
