Subject: Brief Version of Procurement Notice for Technical Protection System

BH Telecom Joint Stock Company Sarajevo has published in “Official Gazette of B&H“ issue 71/10 from 30 August 2010 and on http://www.bhtelecom.ba/bht_tenderi.html  the following

Procurement Notice no.: 07.-8161/10.

 

Subject to Procurement:         Procurement and Installation of Technical Protection System.

Quantity:                                  According to Tender Documents.

Place of Delivery:                    According to Tender Documents.

Tender Submission Deadline: 11 October 2010         until 11:00 am            

Tender Procedure:                  Open procedure.

Orderer/Purchaser:                BH Telecom Joint Stock Company Sarajevo, Obala Kulina bana 8, 71000 Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Tender Documents:                Available at BH Telecom’s Protocol Office (every working-day from  07:30 to 16:00 hrs).

Payment for Tender Documents:   For obtaining of Tender Documents tenderer shall submit request in writing to the following fax #: +387 33 22 45 36 and at BH Telecom's Protocol Office, Obala Kulina bana 8, 71000 Sarajevo, B&H, and also present payment slip for Tender Documents.

Payment with reference: „For Tender Documents No. 8161/10 – Procurement of Technical Protection System“ is amounting to 40.00 BAM and is paid on the Account #:

1610 0000 3095 0092 with Raiffeisen bank d.d. Sarajevo (on payment order shall be presented VAT number of the Tenderer) or for foreign tenderers amount of 21.00 EUR: SWIFT: RZBABA2S, IBAN Code: BA39 1611 0000 0124 8933.

It will be considered that tenderer has obtained Tender Documents by the moment of payment, as the same was at its disposal in that period of time. BH Telecom d.d. Sarajevo shall make out an invoice to the tenderer for costs of payment for Tender Documents. 

Tender Documents may be obtained in person at the BH Telecom's Protocol Office with written request for obtaining of Tender Documents – in accordance with Item 1 of this Article.

Tenderer may also provide Tender Documents as sent by express mail on request and at the expense of the tenderer, and tenderer is obliged to give name of the courier in its written request and in accordance with Item 1 of this Article.

Contracting authority shall not bear any responsibility for late delivery or not arrival of Tender Documents.
