The PSTN network is the spine of each country's communication system. In the world of rapid changes, progress and speed of communicating, in a world that becomes a global information society the PSTN telephony is the carrier of communication mechanisms without which we cannot imagine the world's society and their communication.

BH Mobile network of BH Telecom is the biggest operator of mobile telephony in Bosnia & Herzegovina. Investing our complete knowledge and resources we constantly work on improving the quality and diverseness of our services.
Four newly created tariff packages mini15, midi30, maxi 50 and mega100 for subscribers of diverse age, needs and preferences enable the maximum of optimization of service along the minimum on costs.
Widening of capacities and functionality of the network are realized mainly according to plan. In the radio network we have 64 new GSM/EDGE locations of base stations reaching its total number of 547 and coverage of population by the radio signal reached 97,2%. Infrastructure works are finalized on 39 more location. Results of the Network Quality Benchmarking showed that the performances of the BH Mobile are within or above global average.
We build a whole new philosophy of entirely open service network. Along the existing voice services and services platforms SMS, MMS, JAVA, Wap/Web portal, we develop VAS services as well. At the same time we are working on preparing new services such as m-commerce, LBS, tele-metrics and tele-command. Roaming is enabled with 73 states and 155 operators.
